1. General Conditions & Product Availability

  • HerbNGlow reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion where misuse or inaccurate information is identified.
  • All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

2. Product Information & Use

  • Our products are herbal and natural personal-care products intended for external (topical) use only.
  • Individual results may vary depending on skin type, hair type, and usage. We recommend a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if needed.
  • Product colors, packaging, and weights may vary slightly due to natural ingredients and batch production.
  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on the website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable sales taxes unless specified otherwise.
  • Shipping is free on all orders.
  • Payments must be made via authorized payment options provided at checkout (Debit/Credit Cards through XPay, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery).
  • By completing a payment transaction, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors and to cancel affected orders before dispatch, with a full refund of any payment made.

4. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

  • Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed by phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please provide a valid, reachable phone number.
  • We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, if a price or description was displayed incorrectly, if fraud is suspected, or if we are unable to reach you to confirm a COD order.

5. Returns, Refunds & Delivery

Returns, replacements, refunds, cancellations, and delivery are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, product labels, text, graphics, logos, and images on HerbNGlow are the property of HerbNGlow and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

HerbNGlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
