At HerbNGlow, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your received package, our policy outlines the resolution criteria below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of product delivery only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, physically defective, or leaked in transit.
- An incorrect product or missing item was delivered.
Due to hygiene and safety standards for natural/cosmetic and personal care products, items that have been opened, unsealed, or partially used cannot be returned. Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
2. Return Claim Process
- Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at order@herbnglow.com or via WhatsApp/Call at +92 98765 43210.
- Share your Order ID along with clear unboxing photos/videos showing the damaged or incorrect item and outer shipping packaging.
- Upon review and approval, our team will arrange a courier reverse-pickup or provide return shipment instructions.
3. Replacement First
For approved claims, we will dispatch a replacement of the same product at no extra cost to you, including shipping. If the product is out of stock, we will refund you as described below.
4. Refund Execution
- Approved Card/Online Payments (via XPay): Once the returned item is inspected at our facility, refunds are reversed directly back to the original bank account or card. Bank reversals typically take 5 to 10 working days depending on the issuing bank.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) / Bank Transfer Orders: Refunds are processed via direct IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer) or official banking wallet within 3 to 5 business days of return clearance.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are handed over to our courier partner. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through this Return & Refund Policy. If a prepaid order is canceled before dispatch, the amount is refunded to the original payment method.
