1. Order Processing Time

All orders are verified and processed within 24 to 48 business hours of order placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed by phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Processing begins once the order is confirmed.
Once an order is dispatched, a tracking ID is shared via SMS and/or Email.

2. Delivery Timelines

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi): 2 to 4 working days.
Other Cities & Regional Areas: 3 to 6 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, or remote locations.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders across Pakistan. No delivery charges are added at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS and/or Email so you can follow your parcel with our courier partner.

5. Non-Delivery & Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. In the event of an incorrect address or failure to receive the parcel, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility, and customer service will contact you for re-dispatch. Please make sure your phone number and complete address are accurate when ordering.

6. Damaged or Wrong Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please follow the process in our Return & Refund Policy within 48 hours of delivery.
